Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. We offer a 6-month guarantee ("Warranty Period") on all products purchased directly from our online store. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• Order number (as proof of purchase)

2.2. Proof of Purchase

In order to process your warranty claim, you must provide a valid order number that confirms your purchase from our online store. This helps us verify the authenticity of the claim and determine the eligibility for warranty coverage.

3. Warranty Claim Evaluation

Upon receiving your warranty claim request and the necessary information, we will review and evaluate the claim promptly. We may request additional details or evidence to assess the nature of the defect and determine if it falls within the scope of our warranty coverage.

4. Warranty Resolution

4.1. Repair or Replacement

If your warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, either repair the defective product or provide a replacement of the same model or a comparable product. The repaired or replacement product will be covered under the remaining warranty period from the original purchase date. 

4.2. Shipping and Handling

If a repair or replacement is necessary, we will cover the shipping and handling costs associated with sending the defective product back to us and delivering the repaired or replacement product to you.

4.3. Exceptions

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, accidents, normal wear and tear, or any other circumstances not directly related to manufacturing defects. Additionally, our warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

5. Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, DreamBaby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Modifications to the Warranty Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.

Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in a condition suitable for resale.
• You must have the original proof of purchase. 

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact us at info@dreambaby.co.za to request a return. Provide your order details, including the order number and item(s) you wish to return.
• You can return the item to us personally or arrange for the item to be delivered to our address. Please note that you will be responsible for the courier fees associated with returning the item to us. Our return address is as follows: 190 Helderberg College Rd, Somerset West, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7130, South Africa.

3. Return Inspection and Refund

Once we receive your returned item, our we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1. We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not.

If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 10 business days. The refund will be issued via EFT payment.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

4. Late Refunds

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at info@dreambaby.co.za.
